- Log in to the game panel.
- Click the “Files” tab.
- Go to the /home/container/server/rust/cfg folder.
- Click the “New File” button in the upper right corner.
- Enter the following text and replace the text in quotation marks with the appropriate text for each administrator:
- For admin
ownerid “64_bit_steam_id” “optional_user_name” “optional_reason”
- For moderator
moderatorid “64_bit_steam_id” “optional_name” “optional_reason”
- For admin
- Select “Create File”.
- Save the file as users.cfg.
- Restart the server.
